Travel Nursing (CNA / LPN / RN)

StaffPro Agency is actively recruiting for Travel Nursing staff for our Skilled Nursing Home facilities in Pennsylvania.
13-weeks contract, renewable!!! Work full-time hours, at least 5 shifts a week with alternate weekend on a 2-week rotation.
The position of Travel Staff is an exciting opportunity for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN), and Registered Nurses (RN) to work in various healthcare settings on a temporary or contract basis.
As a Travel Staff member, you will have the chance to explore different healthcare facilities, gain diverse experience, and contribute to patient care across different locations.
Positions Available:
Travel Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - at least $1,100 weekly! Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - at least $1,600 weekly! Travel Registered Nurse (RN) - at least $2,000 weekly! Travel RN Supervisor (RNS) - at least $2,400 weekly! Shifts:
Day 7am-3pm Evening 3pm-11pm Night 11pm-7am
Responsibilities:
Patient Care:
Provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients in accordance with established nursing standards, protocols, and guidelines.
Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), administer medications (LPN and RN), and perform nursing procedures within the scope of your licensure.
Documentation:
Accurately and promptly document patient information, including vital signs, medication administration, treatments, and other relevant data.
Maintain electronic medical records (EMR) or paper records as per facility policies.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, including physicians, nurses, therapists, and other staff members, to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
Communicate effectively with team members to exchange information, report changes in patient condition, and contribute to care planning.
Adherence to Policies:
Follow all facility policies, procedures, and protocols to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
Adhere to infection control measures, safety guidelines, and regulatory requirements to ensure patient and staff well-being.
Flexibility:
Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility in adjusting to different healthcare settings, patient populations, and care routines.
Be willing to travel and work in various locations as assigned, accommodating different work schedules and shifts as required.
Patient Advocacy:
Advocate for patients' rights, dignity, and well-being, ensuring their needs are met to the best of your abilities.
Provide emotional support, address patient concerns, and involve appropriate resources when necessary.
Professional Development:
Stay updated with current nursing practices, trends, and technologies through continuous learning and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:
Must live at least 50 miles away from the facility to qualify as Travel Staff For CNAs:
Valid Certified Nursing Assistant certification or PA state licensure.
For LPNs:
Valid Licensed Practical Nurse PA license For RNs:
Valid Registered Nurse PA license Previous experience working as a CNA, LPN, or RN in a healthcare setting is preferred.
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to adapt to changing assignments, locations, and schedules.
Proficiency in documenting patient information accurately and efficiently.
Compliance with facility policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
