The Crestwood School District is an Equal Opportunity Employer PIMS/CHILD ACCOUNTING ? Maintain current information in Skyward software on all students within District lines, encompassing Elementary, MS, HS, Cyber, Crestwood cyber, Homeschooled, Non-public, Homebound, Spec Ed placed out, Private school, Charter school, PPRI to ensure proper accountability for Child Accounting and Transportation reporting.
? Consistently run reports to verify grade level, calendar, % reported, etc.
, on all names in Skyward.
? Upload all PIMS (Pennsylvania Information Management System) Data.
Collections throughout the year and run reports verifying all information is correct and up to date, including error reports, ACSs, template verification, etc.
? Effectively and accurately maintain PDE (Pennsylvania Department of Education) deadlines.
? Assign PA Secure 1D (9-digit individual number assigned to all PA students) to new students entering the district through PDE.
Code as needed for EL (English Language Learner), assessment, non-resident, foster, etc.
? Ensure students are entered at the correct %, are placed in the correct calendar, and are coded with the correct enrollment/withdraw codes as set by PDE ? Provide the Business Office with a quarterly list of all District paid tuition students for reimbursement from their home District.
? Verify students billed on invoices list the correct# of days they were enrolled and that all student information is current.
? Track the total number of instructional minutes/days for the District.
? Demonstrate the ability to adapt to change and resolve problems quickly.
? Daily, forward CTC (WB Career Center) attendance reports to necessary individuals.
? Provide template uploads to Herff Jones/Lifetouch for picture day, graduation, etc.
? Complete CRDC (Civil Rights Data Collection)- hundreds of questions to be answered on the entire district, taking up a large portion of time due to pulling prior year reports, requesting information from other staff, etc.

? Enter Act 80 (Request exception system for school calendar days) information for each school calendar on the PDE website and submit it for PDE approval.
? Code homebound students' attendance for proper subsidy and track the number of hours of instruction on a spreadsheet.
Handle teacher time sheets to ensure proper building approval.
? Maintain spreadsheets on the following:
o Cyber school enrollment/withdrawal dates o Home school enrollment/withdrawal dates o Homebound instructional hours o Foster students o Foreign Exchange students o WB resident students we bill for o PDE 4605 students placed in other facilities.
o Bus/van calculations o Fire/emergency/evacuation drills o Immigrants o ESL students o CTC students o Early College o Young Scholars o Student list with contact information ? Run reports for administration as requested/needed.
? Properly communicate to all staff information that is relevant to them.
? Provide support to other secretaries/administrators when the need arises.
? Research addresses the reduction of the risk of having non-district students entering.
? Responsible for setting up (DRC -Data Recognition Corporation website) Keystone test sessions, ensuring precode labels for all testing students and grouping students by room.
? Responsible for security access to Skyward for faculty.
Ensure security levels for employees, unlock accounts, and reset passwords if need be.
? Responsible for maintaining Calendar, Term, Control Dates, and Grading Periods in Skyward and updating as needed.
Add and remove school days as changes may occur to ensure the correct and rotation days are in sync.
? Pull the extracted file and forward it to Transfinder (busing software) for input into the software.
Currently training on how to operate the software and manipulate/print bus runs.
? Attend monthly training meetings at LIU regarding state requirements.
? ACT 80 (every February)-receive a list of taxpayers, usually around 10,000 names, that need to be recognized as Crestwood SD taxpayers (receive files from Business Office) or not.
Look up addresses of those that are unknown, and forward to the correct SD for resolution.
Send copies form REV-1329 to PA Dept of Revenue.
? Perform all other duties as assigned.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
