Within this role, the individual will set a comprehensive strategy for driving growth within Delivery Networks, increasing brand equity and consumer engagement across total eCommerce, and owning optimizing the digital shelf through both organic and paid search optimization.
We are seeking a strategic marketing leader with a broad skill set which demonstrates visionary thought leadership, analytical horsepower, excellent business judgement, relationship building management, and a passion to be a change-agent motivated by making a positive impact every day.
Education and/or Experience Ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of digital marketing/SEO experience leading an e-commerce or retail marketing operation.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business highly preferred, however, years of experience can replace degree requirement.
Desired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Advanced knowledge of Google AdWords, Bing Ads, Google Analytics and social platforms including Pinterest, Facebook, and Instagram.
Ability to manage department goals and develop a marketing strategy in accordance with the overall company goals and vision Experience developing a marketing plan including strategy, goals, budget and tactics Proactively plan and measure analytics, using reports and data to measure and analyze campaign results, assess against goals (KPIs and ROI), identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance Implementing and directing digital marketing campaigns including SEO, SEM, display advertising, Paid Social, and other types of paid and owned digital media.
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement Knowledgeable in website analytics software (Google Analytics, Google Console, or others), paid search engine marketing data sources (e.
