We have an excellent opportunity for a Service Advisor 1 - Technical -1st shift - in our Mountaintop, PA facility.
In this role you would be responding to customer request regarding parts, sales, warranty issues, and technical support on all products provided by CornellCookson.
Focus on service efforts by quickly responding to incoming requests via phone, email, fax and others; providing extraordinary customer service.
Responsibilites / Principal Duties Provide superlative service and support to customers Improve customer relationships and customer satisfaction Processing of parts orders and providing parts pricing for repair orders for all products Place orders and generate job sheets to be sent to the shop to manufacture product to fill order request.
Trouble-shoot installation issues over the phone and take proper measures to resolve Focus on service efforts by handling all aspects of our product line Handle product related issues, troubleshooting, warranty replacement components, and provide extraordinary customer satisfaction Assist in other areas as necessary and work cooperatively with others to help achieve departmental and organizational goals Job Requirements:
Qualified candidates must possess the following minimum
Qualifications:
2-5 years experience interacting with customers preferred Rolling door knowledge and mechanical background a plus Must be able to read and interpret mechanical/electrical schematics & diagrams Must be highly organized and have a proven ability to work within a team environment Critical thinking and problem solving skills Ability to multi task and stay organized Must possess superior communication skills and be adept at training and educating others We offer a competitive salary and a very comprehensive benefits package, including 401K, paid holidays, sick, and vacation time.
